We mainly use J&T Express for delivery charges. On that note, charges differ depending on your location.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering. The items you purchased are inspected for any damage or defect before they are packed. Pictures are taken of the product as proof before and after packaging. After packaging, orders are sent out the day after. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. After ordering, an invoice is sent to the email you gave when you ordered.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Order payments are taken after you have placed your order.

What is wishlist?

The wishlist feature of the site is for you to group or note items that you're interested in. At the same time, this feature will notify you of items that are restocked through email.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You can change or cancel your order as long as your order has not been shipped yet.
