Where can I view my sales receipt?

After making a purchases, we send you an email containing details about your order. If you have an account with us you can log in and check the status of your order.

How can I return an item?

Send an email to [email protected]. After confirming the return we will send you the shipping address. The cost of shipping will be shouldered by the buyer. After receiving the item, we will check and review the item on whether it's eligible for a refund/exchange. For more information, check our Returns and Refunds page.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes we will. In fact if you add items to your wishlist, you will be notified when the item comes back on stock.

Where can I ship my order?

You can only ship your orders to regions in the Philippines. We do not ship overseas.
